This 4 bedroom 2 bathroom newly built home is in Indian Point, set back from the 192 resort area and 10 mins from Disney. Indian Point is located close to the 535 and the Osceola Parkway giving you easy access to Disney or any other local attraction. Visit Seaworld, Universal, Wet and Wild or any other Central Florida attraction during your stay, they are all near by as are shopping outlets, restaurants and supermarkets. We also have a full attraction guide in the home for you to look over and plan your stay.
The home has an oversized swimming pool - just for your use only! It is fully screened and can be heated during the cooler months. Relax and eat by your own pool or take a walk to the community facilities of Indian Point - community pool, tennis courts and playground. This is a safe residential and vacation neighborhood. Be one of our regular guests. The home is furnishd to a high standard, clean, and has everything you will need for your stay - the beds are made up for your arrival and a clean is included in the rental rate. The bedroom layout is as follows: Master suite oversized with Queen bed plus TV, the bathroom has separate walk in shower, corner sunken tub for two! Second bedroom - Queen. Third bedroom - double. Fourth bedroom - 2 x twin in Disney theme. A second full bathroom serves these rooms. The home has two living areas, the family room overlooks the pool and has cable TV, video, stero system. The second living area is at the front of the home comfortably furnished and provides a quiet area in the home. The kitchen has all you will need for your stay, including additional dining table and chairs, or use the formal dining room. The home has a large washer and dryer, plus 2 car garage.Rates are from $600 per week, including 12% taxes - 4 nights or less have a $70 cleaning fee added. The rate varies on your dates. We can often offer a discount for 2 weeks stay or more, or late reservations. Specials runs in low season.
