Consider renting our two-level ocean view one bedroom townhouse and walk on the beaches of prestigious Kaanapali, Maui. This unit has a private lanai off each level where you can enjoy outdoor dining or relaxing, and evening sunsets over the islands of Lanai and Molokai. The complex is called Kaanapali Plantation and has beautifully landscaped grounds with a heated pool, tennis court, shuffleboard and a kitchen/barbecue, and cabana area for the use of guests. Most of the owners in the complex are full time residents and work on the island, so it is a peaceful setting and pool and tennis facilities are not crowded. It borders on the world class Royal Kaanapali Golf Course and is just above the Maui Kaanapali Villas and beautiful Kahakili State Park Beach. It's just a short walk to one of Maui's best swimming/snorkeling beaches and is close to golf, restaurants, shopping and hotel resorts.
The townhouse has a fully equipped kitchen with stove, microwave, dishwasher, blender, automatic icemaker, garbage disposal, dishware, and all necessary household gadgets. The kitchen is open to the living room and has a lovely view of the grounds. Terra cotta tiles lead to a carpeted dining-living room which features bar stools at the kitchen counter for those friendly encounters with the chef. The downstairs bathroom has a glass enclosed, tiled shower stall, toilet, vanity, and a washer and dryer. It also has a closet for downstairs guests. The upstairs is a master bedroom in suite with an office area (computer station and telephone hook up), large vanity area separate from toilet and tub and a large walk-in closet. There are two cable television sets (one up and one down) and a VCR. There is also a video library and pocket book library for the use of guests. There is a lanai off each level with lovely garden/ocean views. The unit is tastefully furnished and is ideal for four adults or a small family. The large sectional couch has a very comfortable hide-a-bed and because of the two stories, our townhouse offers more privacy than a two-bedroom unit. This is a nonsmoking unit.
