Our vacation rentals (3) are 1200 Sq. Ft. 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath condominiums, Sleeps 6. Screened lanai's overlooking the pool and Gulf of Mexico. The complex has 27 units in 5 buildings on a quiet secluded dead-end street, next to a wildlife preserve. Two suites are beach front on the first floor with covered parking underneath. The third is beach front on the second floor. The tennis court is 100 feet from the unit with Shuffle Board Pads next to the tennis court. There are 4 adult bikes with helmets in the first floor storage locker for your use throughout the island. The kitchens and master bathrooms were remodeled with all-new cabinets and appliances.
Getting to Sanibel Island:
Sanibel Island is located in southwest Florida, on Florida's Gulf Coast. Miami is 235 miles southeast; Orlando is 175 miles northeast; Tampa is 145 miles north. Easily reached by car via Interstate 75 which leads to Ft. Myers. Sanibel Island is connected by a toll bridge ($3.00 toll) to the Florida mainland at Ft. Myers. The Southwest Regional International Airport (RSW) is located about 45 minutes northeast, in Fort Myers

Deposit- 20% with a minimum of USD$400.00 due with the return of contract. Final payment due 90 days before arrival.
Security Deposit- Two hundred dollars (USD$200) which is returned about four to six weeks after your departure or as soon as we receive the telephone bill. Long distance & toll charges will be deducted from the security deposit.
