The incredible mountain estate of Grammy Award winning singer Patti Page and her husband Jerry Filiciotto is now open to the public for retreats, family reunions, business functions and weekly rentals. Featured on the television series Lifestyles of the Rich and Famous, the 250-acre estate provides stunning views and unlimited recreational opportunities. It can accommodate from two to 29 people as overnight guests, and provides a magical setting for large and small weddings. The Farmhouse sleeps 18 people in seven bedrooms. Some of the bedrooms have fireplaces. There is also a complete kitchen, two dining areas, children’s playroom and large living room. The magnificent Mountain Lodge features 3,500 square feet with a state-of-the-art kitchen, dining area for 20 people, a luxurious great room, impressive library, huge fireplace and romantic master bedroom suite. The Lodge sleeps up to six people. The Carriage House Suite features two bedrooms, a living room and kitchen. It sleeps five people. Large open spaces in both the farmhouse and lodge provide an ideal environment for business meetings, training sessions or retreat discussions.

More than 10 miles of groomed trails can be used for horseback riding, ATV touring, snowmobiling and cross country skiing. Horse drawn sleigh rides in winter and hay rides in summer are offered to guests. ATVs and snowmobiles are also available for personal use by farm guests. The farmhouse even includes a fitness room. Daily housekeeping service is available.
Staff members will guide guests on outdoor adventures, provide supervised children’s activities or demonstrate the techniques of maple sugaring. Guests can even participate in the daily chores of a working farm such as feeding animals, pitching hay or picking vegetables from the garden. A small pond is ideal for swimming, boating or trout fishing.
